Patrick Myles writes and adapts this new stage adaptation of Gogol’s classic satire about a smalltime crook masquerading as… a government inspector, who dupes the corrupt officials of a small town into laying out the red carpet for him. ‘Ghosts’ stars Kiell Smith-Bynoe plays the conman – here dubbed Percy Fopdoodle – while Dan Skinner (best known for his comic alter ego Angelos Epithemiou) plays the town magistrate Governor Swashprattle.
