Claire Missingham and Nitin Sawhney Music and Yoga Workshop

A collaboration between Vinyasa flow yoga teacher Claire Missingham and composer Nitin Sawhney. Expect a flowing yoga class with musical interludes in which Missingham and Sawhney share personal journeys through music and yoga, with support from guest singer Nicki Wells and tabla player Aref Durvesh. The workshop is suitable for those who have some yoga experience. Those attending should bring their own yoga mat. Age 16+.
