Commissioned to make one of the 14-18 NOW WWI centenary art commissions, German sculptor Tobias Rehberger has created a ‘dazzle ship’ – painting his own take on the special camouflage used on warships to trick U-boats. Moored by Victoria Embankment (but perhaps best viewed from the South Bank), Rehberger’s canvas is the HMS President, which served in WWI.
