London Literature Festival 2013: Midnight Run with Inua Ellams

The themes of Nick Makoha's play, My Father and Other Superheroes, are celebrated in this midnight run curated by the poet Inua Ellams. Through it, Ellams's hopes are for its participants to reclaim the streets and dispel fears of a city after dark, by exploring the different materials of the city and encountering different people in it. This event includes performances by Warsan Shire, Nick Makoha and Randolph Matthews. Meet at the external ticket office by the river (opposite Festival Pier).
