Or if you prefer, download the step-by-step guide right here.

This can be downloaded here.  And who knows? This brilliantly decorated room could kick off the path to sporting superstardom, fame and riches beyond their wildest dreams. Or just a healthy attitude to exercise, which is every bit as good, let's be honest. And if you want more ideas and inspiration? Take a look below for exactly that, right on your doorstep.

Sport inspiration in London

Return to the scene of so much glory. Gems nestled in the expansive grounds include the Tumbling Bay playground (think rock pools, sandpits and tree houses) and Pleasure Gardens play areas, boasting a climbing wall and an illuminated fountain with 195 individually controlled jets of water. We all shelled out £8.87bn for the privilege, people, so let’s make the most of it.

Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, E20 7ST
Even if your little nipper isn’t much of a Gooner there’s no denying The Emirates is a fine ground, and Arsenal themselves a quality – if perennially unlucky – London side. So-called Legends tours are led by N5 icons including Lee Dixon and Charlie George, but otherwise the self-guided audio tour suffices perfectly well, peppered as it is with anecdotes from Robin van Persie and Jack Wilshere. The Queen herself is an Arsenal fan, dontchaknow.

Emirates Stadium, Drayton Park, N5 1BU.

This London 2012 Olympic Games venue is open to the public for adrenalin-fuelled white-water rafting, canoeing and kayaking sessions – riding the rapids that challenged the world's best makes for an action-packed experience. On the centre's raft adventure, you'll be high-siding, spinning and nose dunking on the Olympic Standard Competition course before you know it.
An idea so crazy it might just work; a football match where all the players are cosseted in transparent Zorbing bubbles. Cue hilarity. Bubble Boys are pretty much the most organised such crew in London, and offer packages aimed at young people and kids. Just make sure you’re on hand to film your sprog’s afternoon of joyful carnage.
