Thames Barrier Summer Exhibition

This free exhibition by the Environment Agency tells the story of the Thames Barrier and London's tidal defences, looking at why and how the barrier was built and how it protects central London from flooding, as well as the Agency's work along the whole of the Thames from its source in the Cotswolds to the North Sea. During the exhibition, entry to the Information Centre is also free.
