With a kitchen headed up by Aurelie Altemaire, formerly of the highly regarded, Michelin-starred L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon, Bokan occupies the top three floors of the new Novotel London Canary Wharf, a towering new flagship hotel that stretches across 39 floors. Serving up a modern European menu alongside creative cocktails and a fine wine list, Bokan offers panoramic views of the capital's skyline, and even has a rooftop terrace complete with beds and live music. We went along to see the kitchen and bar teams at work. Check it out below. And if you need more reasons to make a visit, we've got that covered too.
