East Borough Pops Up at Bar & Garden and Superba Snack Bar

Orange County's French-Vietnamese fusion restaurant, East Borough, is set to open in Culver City in early 2014, but sneak a taste at two pop-ups at local LA restaurants. On Sunday, fit in a quick lunch at Bar & Garden where grilled pork bahn miand grapefruit lemongrass salad will be available for just $5, paired with French wines (extra cash required). Reserve a seat at Superba Snack Bar on Wednesday night to sample items a la carte or get the full five course menu experience for $65. The menu will include fried cauliflower and long beans, head on blue shrimp served with ginger rice and phocatini with oxtail (add wine pairings for $28).
