How do you make one of the city’s most fabulous champagne brunches even better? You add a sake station, throw in some live music and finish it off with an Instagram-worthy dessert course. Zuma Miami debuts a new brunch program this weekend, where diners can mix and learn about a rotating list of sakes (in addition to consuming copious amounts of champagne) while a saxophonist plays in the background. The afternoon, izakaya-style meal wraps up with a stunning dessert tower filled with an assortment of sorbets, fruits and other Japanese sweets. Sat, Sun; starting at $95.

Beginning today and through the month of December, the Florida Panthers are offering a special $99 deal for groups of four. The Sahlen’s Value Pack gets you into a home game and includes hot dogs, popcorn and sodas for all.

Also kicking off this month (December 8) is the new Root & Bone pop-up inside the Shelborne South Beach. Chefs Jeff McInnis and Janine Booth (most recently of Stiltsville) bring their Southern-style New York restaurant to South Beach for a limited time this month. The menu, inspired by McInnis’s upbringing, is filled with Dixie classics like fried chicken and biscuits.
