Time Out Market Montréal, home to some of the best chefs and restaurants in the city, is hosting events and pop-ups you’re sure to love.

And we haven’t even mentioned the 7 bars (Montreal’s first dedicated mocktail bar with an exclusive zero-proof menu included).

From a cake-decorating workshop to creating a textured 3D art piece (with a glass of wine), the Market’s got the romance covered—plus a menu of over 100 shareable dishes.

Come with your person, your besties, or treat yourself!

What are the best ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day Downtown?

Head to Time Out Market Montréal to discover these swoon-worthy activities:

1. Discover a Valentine’s cake decorating workshop

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an Olove Cakes cake-decorating workshop. It’s a hands-on experience where you’ll decorate, taste, and inevitably fall in love with Olove Cakes signature olive oil cakes.

Choose one of three cakes (including one gluten-free) before customising it with your own special message.

The best part? A mini-cake tasting and drink from the bar is included.

Head to Time Out Market Montréal on these dates:

February 14, 2026, at 3:30 p.m.

February 15, 2026, at 12 p.m.

2. Check out a cake pop-up

Looking for a sweet way to say happy Valentine’s Day?

Stop by the Market starting February 7 until February 15, 2026, and bring home an Olove cake made with olive oil and love.

The deliciously moist cakes are topped with a dusting of powdered sugar for a little sweetness.

Flowers, cards and more are also available.

3. Attend a Sip & Textures

It may not fall on Valentine’s Day, but we have a lot of heart for this artistic workshop. Run by Amira, a self-taught teacher recently featured in British Vogue, this immersive art experience explored the world of textured art.

All materials are provided, plus a glass of wine, signature cocktail, or non-alcoholic mocktail to sip while you create.

Head to the Market on February 24, 2026, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

Tickets are $70 (plus tax). Reserve your spot here.

5. Fall in love with the new wine list

With 7 bars under one roof—including two wine bars, a cocktail bar, a beer bar, and a dedicated mocktail bar—the Market is the ultimate spot to set the mood.

Fall head over heels for the new wine list, featuring pours by the glass or bottle, a range of tasting formats, and a discovery selection highlighting lesser-known, natural, and indigenous varietals.
