Time Out Market Montréal’s wine bars offer a thoughtfully curated experience centred on single-varietal wines from around the world, selected to complement the Market’s diverse lineup of dishes from some of the city’s top chefs and restaurants

Craving a bright, citrusy Spanish white made for sharing? Pair the Malabarista Macabeo with Ibéricos' fried calamari, pan con tomate or Spanish omelette, or the crispy fried wontons from Red Tiger.

Try a vibrant Sauvignon Blanc packed with grapefruit, lime and tropical fruit notes, and enjoy it with Red Tiger's fresh spring rolls or papaya salad, La Capital Tacos' Ensalada Fresca (watermelon, mint and lime) or Moleskine's kale and cashew salad. The Kaya Iwayini Sauvignon Blanc is also an excellent match for fresh oysters at the wine bar.

Looking for a glass of something fresh and mineral-driven? The Terras de Paul Vinho Branco is a Portuguese white that pairs beautifully with Campo's Portuguese grilled chicken and quinoa salad, Ibéricos' vegetable paella, or Blossom's salmon poke bowl.

Who can resist a crisp, easy-drinking Pinot Grigio? Try the Cecilia Beretta Pinot Grigio with Bossa's Tonno sandwich, Il Miglio's tomato and burrata salad, Dobe & Andy's wonton soup, or Blossom's vegetarian poke bowl. At the wine bar, it also shines alongside a Quebec smoked salmon bagel.

Love a Bordeaux Supérieur cuvée with excellent complexity that's easy to enjoy? Château Luxeuil produces wines that are a match made in heaven with Americas BBQ AAA ribeye steak, or Taj's lamb kebab.

Or go uber-local with a glass of Le Ricardo et Darwin paired with Montreal smoked meat from Americas BBQ, a Double Smash Burger from Chez Simon or La Capital Tacos' Quesabirria.

And be sure to ask about the prestige selection, curated especially for "moments"—whether you’re toasting a work milestone or celebrating something truly special.
