Paul Sharits

Sharits (1943–1993) was a pioneer of Structuralist filmmaking, and an innovator who helped to introduce the use of multiprojectors, film loops and experimental music soundtracks. The two works, dating from 1975 and 1982, express Sharits's interests in perception, illusionism and the material nature of film itself.
