SOUP teams with Williamsburg's TBA Brooklyn for a hot-looking boat party featuring two house-music institutions. Dubtribe, the duo of Sunshine and Moonbeam Jones, is back for one of its occasional reunions, playing beautiful and soulful sounds in a live set; West Coast don of the deep Doc Martin rocks the boat with a deck session.
