Stranger than Paradise

Jarmusch’s deadpan-hipster sensibility permeates this static, bleakly hilarious tale of two New York buddies (John Lurie and Richard Edson) entertaining a young Hungarian girl. It was shot mostly on short ends left over from a Wim Wenders picture.
