Feast on a half pound of peel-and-eat crayfish boiled in Brooklyn EastIndia Pale Ale, and work your way through chef Marcus Jernmark’s spreadof more than 15 seasonal dishes including pickled herring, caraway cheese tart, meatballs and Swedish cookies.
