Crayfish Festival

Celebrate the down-and-dirty mudbug with Aquavit's annual Swedish smorgasbord. Feast on a half pound of peel-and-eat crayfish boiled in Brooklyn East India Pale Ale, and work your way through chef Marcus Jernmark’s spread of more than 15 seasonal dishes including pickled herring, caraway cheese tart, meatballs and Swedish cookies. The buffet is available for lunch ($28) or dinner ($38); wash it down with a Carlsberg beer plus a shot of aquavit infused in house with flavors such as juniper and lemon or blueberry and elderflower ($12).
