Strong cheeses that can stand up to boozy, generously spiced holiday brews are the focus at this guided curds-and-suds tasting. The specific pairings are still under wraps, but last year's edition included Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout with an Irish Gubbeen semisoft cheese, and Anchor Steam Christmas with a Gruyere-like Swiss called Hoch Ybrig.
