This annual sustainable-culinary fete pairs mixologists from some of the city’s best bars (Death & Company, Clover Club) with local producers (Breuckelen Distilling, Q Tonic). Pad the boozing with pedigreed snacks, such as slow-roasted pig from Fatty ’Cue, Beecher's Handmade Cheese fromage plates and a raw-oyster bar from the Cleaver Company. Locavore toque Bill Telepan (Telepan) will be honored with Slow Food’s Snailblazer award. At 9pm, an after-party takes place down the block at 61 Local, where One Girl Cookies and Brooklyn Farmacy will provide cookies and ice cream sundaes. Proceeds from the fund-raiser support Urban Harvest.
