Downtown art parties grow up so fast! This week, Earl Dax celebrates a half decade of performance-dance-immersive-whatever antics with a spawling party, featuring artwork and/or performances by Robert J. Anderson, Tyler Ashley, Clay Aztec Dalmatians, Raul de Nieves, Laryssa Husiak, Needles Jones, Potpourri of Pearls, Manifestany Squirtz, Max Steele, the Lesbian Tendencies, Santiago Venegas, Soigne Deluxe and the Unicordion. Also on the bill: selections from the film Hope Is Expensive, directed by Mike Albo, and music from DJs Edwin Ramoran and Ultra V. Penny Arcade reigns over it all as host.
