Time Out says

Guitarist Bill Frisell and filmmaker Bill Morrison offer the local premiere of a Carnegie Hall–commissioned work inspired by the Mississippi River flood of 1927, which caused untold devastation while also forcing Southern bluesmen to seek shelter and work in northern cities like Chicago. Expect blues-drenched sounds from Frisell and his band (Ron Miles, Tony Scherr and Kenny Wollesen), and ancient celluloid saturated with melancholy from Morrison.
