Casiotone for the Painfully Alone (the solo project of Owen Ashworth) captures the travails of that uncomfortable period between adolescence and adulthood via uncommonly incisive lo-fi emo-pop songs. Sadly the project seems to be winding down: Ashworth has already scheduled the last NYC Casiotone show for October of 2010.
