Fisher Ensemble

Seattle new-music luminary Garrett Fisher mines Indian classical music, opera, Noh theater and early music to create mystical performance art. For this show in John Zorn's East Village lab, a trio of collaborators—flutist Margaret Lancaster, percussionist Dean Moore and pianist Byron Schenkman—play his Piano Raga No. 1 and instrumental music inspired by his opera At the Hawk's Well.
