Having shed the skin that V wore as the front half of the punk-lounge duo Kiki & Herb, Justin Bond retains a mama-snake mixture of nurture and menace: part transsexual den mother, part cultural assassin, part offhand Cassandra. Tonight's show, billed as Mx. Bond's 600th birthday—as in "600 months of glamour and subversion"—includes such redoubtable guests as Martha Wainwright, Joan as Police Woman, Bridget Everett, Murray Hill and Thomas "Doveman" Bartlett.
