Peter Evans Zebulon Trio

Peter Evans, a daredevil trumpet virtuoso who excels in settings ranging from chamber orchestras to gritty electroacoustic improv groups, heads his loosest, hardest-grooving ensemble, a trio with bassist Moppa Elliott and drummer Kassa Overall. The band takes its name from its former haunt: the late, lamented Williamsburg venue Zebulon.
