Apart from his activities in potent local synth duo Afterlife, Franklin Teagle has made an international impact with Tranquility Tapes, one of the most influential and collectible labels in the current cassette underground. Now Teagle brings his keen eye and ear for curation to the Stone, where he's lined up two weeks of discovery and transport. A big opening on Feb 1 brings the NYC debuts of married Georgia sound explorers Grant and Rachel Evans, the latter of whom records as Motion Sickness of Time Travel.
