We use only the freshest ingredients and refuse to use large corporate meat and poultry suppliers. Instead, we partner only with smaller family-operated farms.
All our barbecue is finished with our subtle, yet flavorful Piri Piri sauce. We import whole Piri Piri peppers from Africa to create the base of our barbecue preparation, much as our ancestors began doing in the 15th century.
