“I recently got back from a best friend’s bachelorette [party] in Nashville. She gifted all of us a different color of this Marlissa Mai-Lin (marlissaflint.etsy.com) bracelet. It’s perfect because it goes with everything and reminds me of a special, hunky-dory time.”

Favorite part about social media: “Far and away, my favorite aspect of social media is the people I’ve met and the relationships that have come as a result.”

Least favorite part about social media: “Information overload. I sometimes wish there was an off button, if only for five minutes.”

Her personal style: “During fall I tend to stick to a few basics: jeans, a button-down shirt, maybe a leather jacket and always a beanie. Why should guys be the only ones who can pull off a uniform?”

Her inspirations: “I’m lucky enough to get most of my inspiration just from passing people on the street in my neighborhood.”

Favorite piece in her wardrobe:
“I have this oversize cream-colored Aran (aransweatermarket.com) sweater that I live in during cooler months. I found it at the Brooklyn Flea (176 Lafayette Ave between Clermont and Vanderbilt Aves, Fort Greene, Brooklyn; brooklynflea.com) a few years ago, and it’s been my favorite find to date.”

Signature accessory: “I’m never without a pair of white Vans (Vans DQM General, 93 Grand St between Greene and Mercer Sts; 212-226-7776, dqmnewyork.com).”

Favorite thing to wear during fall: “I can’t wait to throw on my beat-up navy Justin (justinboots.com) lace-up boots from Metropolis Vintage (43 Third Ave at 10th St; 212-358-0795, metropolisvintageonline.com).”

Favorite fall trends:
“I’m a huge fan of emerald green and was happy to see the color in many collections. I was also excited to see beanies making an appearance on the runway. They’re a staple in my wardrobe, and I love the idea of throwing one on, even if it’s with a dressy outfit.”

Favorite NYC store: “When I find time to shop, it’s usually at vintage stores or flea markets. I really like 10 Ft. Single by Stella Dallas (285 North 6th St between Havemeyer St and Meeker Ave, Williamsburg, Brooklyn; 718-486-9482). It has the perfect mix of high-end and low-end [pieces], so no matter how full my wallet is, I always find something to walk out with.”

Wish list for fall: “The perfect bomber jacket.”
