Gabe McKinley casts an insider’s eye on the 2003 plagiarism scandal that rocked The New York Times in this nominally fictional drama. Though enlivened by a very fine cast, this is more of an industry report than a human-interest piece; it's a fairly cautious cautionary tale about the danger of confusing news with flash.—Adam Feldman
