Hudson River Park’s 8th Annual Halloween Kidz Karnival

Face painting, cotton candy, rides and much more await at the 8th Annual Halloween Kidz Karnival at Hudson River Park. There will be interactive storytelling performances by the Story Pirates and magic by Kid Ace. All ages are invited while most attractions will be geared toward children aged 2–8 years.
