The Museum of the Moving Image tips its hat to a master of silent film, Buster Keaton, by screening his 1927 romantic comedy The General with live musical accompaniment. Australian ensemble Viola Dana provides the soundtrack: The group’s violinist, Kathy Corecig, wrote the score, which incorporates country, bluegrass, jazz and American folk influences.
