Time Out says

'Chairs' is a social experiment happening in conjunction with George Town Festival 2016. A hundred chairs will be redesigned by the public and scattered throughout George Town. Anyone and everyone is then welcome to sit, move and rearrange the chairs to their liking. The end result will be analysed to affect future improvements in the city.
