Buka puasa buffet at Sarkies

For a splash of colonial charm this Ramadhan, Eastern & Oriental's Sarkies Corner will highlight traditional favourites such as ayam madu, daging masak sambal, udang goreng sayuran, ayam percik, gulai ikan pari, bubur lambuk and more. The spread continues with other range of salads, condiments (sambal cincaluk, anyone?) and soups. Desserts are not spared from the mix and expect to satisfy your cravings over a bowl of sago gula Melaka, orange siphon cake, apricot dates baklava, pandan creme brulee and pulut hitam cheese cake.
