Whether it's a family reunion or a grand dinner with your colleagues, Golden Phoenix dishes out two menus called Wishes and Auspicious that carry an abundance of traditional Chinese dishes. Wishes menu consists of an eight-course dinner with signatures like braised shark fin's soup with egg cotton, steamed lotus leaf chicken with dried oysters and Golden Phoenix sea prawns with salted egg and oats.
Auspicious menu, on the other hand, carries a similar but more decadent choice of eight-course dinner such as steamed duck in herbs with dried oysters meat, steamed dragon garoupa with green vegetables and Japanese scallops and goji berries in tea broth rice. Both set menus are priced per table and include a bottle of wine.
