Time Out says

Plates epitomises the beautiful marriage of hearty brunches and hipster chic decor. What makes it even more appealing is its hide-and-seek location on Lebuh Muntri, right in the heart of the heritage city but at the same time well hidden from the sometimes exhausting tourist strips. The restaurant caters to lovers of comfort food by serving up a delicious platter of Western Fusion dishes and a brunch that lingers on till midday; this is the place to spoil yourself silly with pancakes, pastas and salads.

Light eaters will love the tuna katafi salad which feels like a treat for clean eaters. The tuna slices come in a crisp batter that helps to maintain their yielding softness in the middle. Everything green that comes with it is crunchy, healthy and fresh. Their renowned breakfasts with all-you-can-drink bubbly amp up the lovely lazy brunch routine. If you happen to find some luck on their Facebook page, you might just be able to score yourself some neat discounts on your meal. Time to add this to your cafe-hopping list.
