Brahma Kumaris Bayan Baru

Founded by the teachings of Brahma Baba, this community service centre has been around for a few decades before leading to its expansion in Penang. Brahma Kumaris practices and teaches various forms of meditation, ideal to soothe your mind, body and spirit. As they are a community service centre, their meditation courses are free.
