Self-dubbed as the city of steaks and ribs, Chicago Rib House is the capital of all things flamed, grilled and barbecued. Their meats namely pork ribs (basted in flavours from original BBQ to bourbon sauce), grilled lamb rack, wagyu ribeye and beer battered fried pork chop are coated with crispy charred skin before revealing some tender, falling-off-the-bone meat at first bite.
