The newly-refurbished Loke Thye Kee is a revival of the once-glorious restaurant chiefly recognised for its authentic Hainanese fare back in 1919. Today, the kitchen is led by a trio of esteemed Malaysian chefs who add their personal flair into a compact menu of Hainanese, Western, Chinese and Malaysian flavours. Their signature dishes include mango salad, chicken lor bak and pie tee.
