The famous trishaw egg tart has been a Ming Xiang Tai signature since the early days of 1979 when it was first sold straight from a trishaw. Today, it occupies a pre-war building, sprouted a few branches and expanded their menu with Six Prosperity Pastries, crispy yam puffs, wedding cookie, seasonal mooncakes and more traditional Cantonese pastries.
