Sri Siam has got the locals swarming like bees to honey - or in this case, their signature fish head curry. Every portion is generously drenched in coconut milk based curry. It's really tasty that some have gone as far as slurping down the gravy on its own treating it like a rich, spicy soup. If you didn't manage to beat the queue for this dish, opt for a regular fish serving or enjoy a plate of steamed rice with sides like kerabu mango, honey chicken, prawn crackers and more.
