Taipan Fins is nestled on the first floor of the Northam All Suites, offering a selection of Cantonese cuisine on the ala-carte menu and a myriad of dim sum dishes. While the portions of its dim sum are rather small compared to the norm, it allows for you to have a greater variety before saturating your appetite. Small as its servings may be, the quality is of the usual hotel standard; especially noteworthy are its chee cheong fun (steamed rice flour rolls) and its siew mai.
