The arrival of Cinnamon's latest executive chef Haron Muzaffar has resulted in a freshly revamped menu at this elegant establishment. He is known to take traditional cuisine and desserts and transform them into an innovative dish of his own. So, expect to stumble upon cuisine like Kim Chee style salad with duck, Thai style salad with peppered squid and the gado gado in the menu.
