Built out of zero carbon footprint recycled materials, this alfresco restaurant has a canopy of bamboo trusses and ‘patina’ tinroof, symbolising tropical architecture. Add a menu that’s enhanced with exotic herbs and the fact that it’s strictly reservations only and you get a very unique dining experience.
