Yeng Keng Café and Bar offers a selection of a sort of neo-Hainanese cuisine that the less discerning would easily mistake for Western dishes. It would, actually, be more accurate to describe Yeng Keng’s menu as a melange of Hainanese and Western delicacies, and the occasional dish that is the hybridisation of the two - best exemplified by the chicken chop.
