This grocery store and café on the ground floor of Straits Quay mall offers organic products and a health driven menu that’s free from processed food, artificial preservatives and trans-fat. The store carries Sonnentor products such as teas, grains, spices and herbs. There are also gorgeous wooden cooking utensils available here.Their café offers, among others, all-day breakfast and milk-free and less sugar ice cream that uses brown rice milk and sugar cane as alternative. The ice cream is made on the premises and there are six flavours available including strawberry, mango, hazelnut chocolate and dark chocolate. Our favourites? The unbelievably refreshing mango and creamy, nutty hazelnut chocolate at RM12 per scoop. All the cooked food here is made from scratch, using traditional methods, in small batches and using fresh, ‘recognisable’ ingredients. The kitchen closes at 9pm daily.
