Sunshine Farlim Mall

A fairly new place (opened in January 2009), Sunshine Farlim consists of two storeys that houses a supermarket, clothing retail outlets and electronic stores. Sunshine Farlim’s target consumers lean towards the lower-middle income bracket, but it maintains its status as a big retail operator in Air Itam. There are no parking spaces in this building; patrons have to park their cars a good distance away. Tenants include Bread R Us, Adventist Bakery, Samsung and Artist Gallery among others.
