Established in 2007, Absolute Fitness has now grown into Penang’s largest fitness chain with three outlets across Penang. The Heritage Club has a swimming pool where water aerobics classes are conducted; they also offer indoor cycling classes. The latest outlet opened in 2011 at Queensbay Mall and this fitness chain seems to have no plans in slowing down its growth with plans to open another two outlets in 2012.
