With hopes to collect funds for various charities in Penang, the 1Malaysia Penang International Charity Drive will host performances from a slew of local and international music acts. Catch local acts Ning Baizura and Suchitra warming up the stage or Asian superstars Eric Moo, Gigi Leung, Grasshopper, Leon Lai, Alan Tham, Hacken Lee, George Lam and Angela Chang. But of course, the spotlight is on international acts including American hip hop stars Busta Rhymes, Ludacris and Swizz Beatz as well as Redfoo of electronic dance duo LMFAO. To score a ticket to this charity concert, simply fill up the forms obtained from ticketing centres below together with a minimum donation of RM1 for Peace Zone and RM2 for Unity Zone.
Free shuttle bus Just hop on the bus at Auto-City (pink bus), Pacific Megamall (blue bus; in front of Ixora Hotel), All Seasons Place (orange bus; main entrance), Prangin Mall (purple bus) and Queensbay Mall (white bus; South Entrance in front of Coffee Bean). Free shuttle bus service is also available with double time slots on 2pm-5pm and 11.30pm-1.30am.
