The Philippine Madrigal Singers was first formed in 1963 by National Artist Professor Andrea O. Veneracion. Now with the direction of Choirmaster Mark Anthony Carpio, the choir is one of the world’s most awarded, having consistently won all the top prizes in most of the world’s prestigious choral competitions. The ensemble performs a wide repertoire of various styles and forms including Renaissance, classical music, Filipino and international folksongs, contemporary and more. They will perform at St George's Church on July 1 and penangpac on July 2.
