Meet the author: Barbara Ismail

Before her next stopover at the Singapore Writer's Festival, American author Barbara Ismail will be sharing bits and pieces of her literary series called the Kain Songket Mysteries (currently with two books, Shadow Play and Princess Play). In this session, Barbara will share the inspiration behind the Kain Songket Mysteries that sets in rural Kelantan.
