Robert Lagerström writes about bars, restaurants and family activities for Time Out Nordics. He’s an old barfly who, aside from cocktails, is passionate about craft beer and well-cooked food. The goal is for the flavour combinations to complement each other and together reach heavenly heights. It might not always turn out quite that successfully at home in the kitchen, but he loves cooking for his family.
Robert has worked as a freelance journalist for 35 years, covering countless subjects – from music, entertainment and culture to motoring, health, lifestyle and fitness. He is editor of the Swedish Beer Consumers Association’s magazine Maltesen, has written ‘Freak – boken om Freddie Wadling’ and made ‘Jag är monstret – filmen om Freddie Wadling’ for SVT.
Robert does more than just work and hang out in bars. He spends time with his family and enjoys watching films, listening to vinyl records and working out at the gym.
