Time Out says

The Singapore Cocktail Festival lives on digitally this month

While the annual Singapore Cocktail Festival has been postponed to October, we can still rally behind our local bar scene with SGCF@Home. Taking place from May 11 to 31, the virtual event aims to bring the craft cocktail experience to you.

Participating bars are offering cocktails inspired by the words "unity" and "positivity", something we all need more of these days. Sip on creations like The Sun Also Rises ($17) from The Old Man Singapore and Madame President ($30) by Jigger & Pony; as well as new tipples like the Lemongrass Collins ($13) from Fat Prince and Roses & Lychee ($35) by Nutmeg & Clove from the comfort of your couch. Other participating joints include Ah Sam Cold Drinks Stall, Cool Cats, Employees Only Singapore and Manhattan. The selected cocktails are available for takeaway and delivery.

They make the perfect accompaniment for when you attend one of SGCF@Home's cocktail-making workshops. Learn how to make a classic margarita with Jaiwei Bai from Employees Only ($60) on May 27 at 7pm. You get two 350ml margaritas made from two different types of tequilas (Altos Blanco and Reposado) as well as garnishes delivered to your door.

There's also An Ode to Hemingway ($495), hosted by none other than Andrew Yap, the co-founder of The Old Man Singapore and his team. The cocktail masterclass includes a cocktail-making kit that allows you to try your hand at making three cocktails. Spots are limited for both workshops so sign up early here.
